MICATHERM® and FM-HIGH® are the materials which Planichem designed and manufactured with a view to meeting the most demanding sealing requirements. Thanks to their chemical formulation, these patented materials, which are available as filler for Spiral Wound Gaskets, facing for Camprofile Gaskets or as Sheets, can be used in all critical applications where other materials fail to ensure the required resistance, durability and reliability up to 1000°C. Masterpac Camprofile gasket with MICATHERM® Facing consists of a serrated metal core onto which is bonded a mica based sealing face. The metallic core provides gasket rigidity and blow-out resistance while the soft MICATHERM® facing provides exceptional sealing performance. This Camprofile gasket uses high temperature facing material which has max temperature to 1000ºC and Class 150 to 2500.
